a Resource Teacher Training Certificate who is a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
will be provided to any Co-operative Preschool in the City of Hamilton, based on availability, when a child
with special needs is identified
works together with parents, preschool staff, community professionals
makes regular home visits
plans regular team meetings to review your child's progress
connects with health and social service agencies to ensure a variety of services for the child and family
provides assistance with transitions to other programs (summer programs, school entry)
is
available to complete a developmental screen with parent permission on any child in a Co-operative Preschool
